      the trash collector clearly wants extra money to the job as per the contract that he has already been paid. he's clearly trying to extort more money from us. he doesn't collect the trash even though we follow all the rules and place our trash can exactly the way our neighbors place theirs but he only collects our neighbors trash because they paid him under the table, which we refuse to do because we have already paid as per the contract. he leaves our rotting trash which causes us health issues. please fix the issue expeditiously. the marks that he has given us in these cards are absolutely false as we followed all the directions exactly as they are written in his instructions. firstly he lied both times saying he collected the trash coz it was not collected and left rotting in the trash cans and secondly he made remarks in cards that we did not place the trash cans properly which is also lies because we placed properly exactly like the neighbors.
