On December 14th 2022 I went to oil changers in *******, ** to get an oil change Ive gone to this particular site many times before with no issues. On January 30th my car would not start I had it towed to a mechanic his discovery was that the vehicle had no oil in it causing the engine to be blown. With the oil change only being less than a month and a half old theres no way according to the mechanic that the car burned 5 quarts of oil that fast. He concluded that they forgot to put oil in the vehicle. I contacted the owner ****** on Friday February 10th 2023, he said he would get back to me and do some investigation I also provided him the number of the mechanic so he could talk to him himself. I waited a whole week and called oil changers and spoke to ****** again on February 17th 2023, he told me the claim had been sent to corporate and that hes waiting to hear back from them. This whole situation has caused me to have to get a rental car for a week purchase a used vehicle to get to and from work money that I did not have to spend. I still owe on my car and its just sitting in my garage waiting on them to get back to me. Im frustrated and disappointed in this company and all I ask is for the cost to replace the engine which they damaged.

The $89 intake cleaning they sold me blew up my 2014 ********** And they denied it was their fault. Despite another mechanic saying otherwise. So my $130 oil change is costing me $9000 for a replacement motor. Car ran fine. I drive in to Oil Changers for routine oil change. Leave and the car dies completely within an hour. And its just a coincidence? And wheres the proof? I just have to take the regional managers word for it?HARD PASS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THEY DONT BACK UP THEIR WORK.

Oil changers @ *************************** /********, **. My last oil change was 3/22/22 . I have been going to this business for quite a while. They are indicating on their service check lists that they checked or have been checking my transmission fluid levels. This is completely false because only a dodge dealer can do this which I was never informed of. On 4/3/22 my car broke down as the transmission was completely empty of fluid and had to be towed ********************** ****** and now I have to have the transmission replaced at a cost of *******. . I did speak to the manager and he informed me during the conversation that there was a new kid working on my car and no they arent able to check the transmission fluid level and he made an error in not removing the tick indicating that it was checked. My other receipts also indicate that they checked the fluids before too which is not true. My car is a Dodge Journey.
