    I obtained an auto loan from blue sky auto finance with the terms being that the loan could be paid off within a certain amount of time without full interest. I became hospitalized and contacted them prior to agree to a reduced payoff amount to satisfy the **** in full, and negotiated a settlement with an agent. When I returned my call this week to let them know that the hurricane had impact me, and I had been hospitalized and to make the settlement payment in full I was advised that that Agent was no longer with the company, and they would have to renegotiate the offer the previous agent had given me. I was on the phone numerous times for numerous hours, only to be told that they could no longer negotiate anything on the account. I am not disputing the fact that I owe them money, but they are not meeting the terms they stated from their previous employee which was just weeks ago. I feel they are looking to give people quick cash dollars for vehicles that are worth ****** or more and create default on the loan so they get the vehicles back. Furthermore I feel they are discriminating against gender and ethnicity. I wish for my complaint to be looked into immediately, and that theyre better business bureau receive a warning to consumers, but they are simply cash sharks and looking to take vehicles not finance them. I wished for them to accept payment on the loan info in the amount of $4500. Most people would not even pursue this option to pay their debt in full considering my for that amount is only $5300. I wish to receive an account credit or adjustment for their interest as they only loan me $3500 last month.
