    I have lost thousands of dollars due to a disaster of a data transfer while I switched over to their system. They do not care about their clients. The software breaks down and glitches. Do not use them.

    Absolutely terrible!!! Worst customer service ever. Extremely glitchy hardware. Server based and its down a lot more than it should be. Cant even get help on the phone.

    I tried to unsubscribe from emails (that I never signed up for) sent by Vagaro on behalf of other businesses. When I clicked on the UNSUBSCRIBE button at the bottom of the email, instead of just unsubscribing me, it took me to a page to login or sign up for an account so I could "make sure I wanted to unsubscribe from the email and not do this by accident". I find this as extremely poor business practices. It's just a way to make it hard for people to unsubscribe. They should make it easy for us to unsubscribe without having to login and/or sign up for an account. So I sent the company a complaint about this and asked them to please unsubscribe me from all emails. I eventually got an email back from someone who just sent me a bunch of links to commonly asked questions, and then basically said this could not be done. Then they sent me another email saying the emails were not sent from Vagaro, but from the businesses themselves, even though at the bottom of the email it clearly says the exact opposite. Vagaro...stop being a shady and just make it easy for us to unsubscribe from emails with a single click like most reputable businesses. Same way you would like to do the same when someone is spamming your email.

    truly the worst booking software on planet earth.overly complicated and never actually works. my barbers cant use it, my customers cant use it.its laggy on every computer, on every piece of hardware even if its vagaro hardware.Its junk and makes zero sense.trying to get customer service to do anything about your concerns is impossible. they say they will call you back and they never ***** not get this software. it will be the worst business move you've ever made. it definitely was mine.

    Their hardware and software is terrible! It is unreliable and slow to do almost anything. There is at least one scenario a week where we cannot access notes or book clients or cash them out and process payment. When you call tech support they may or maynot call you back. We reached out so many times and clear cash and do all the steps they suggest to "solve the problem". Including purchasing a new POS at $1000 Which made NO difference and now they are saying there are NO REFUNDS. Also this is the only place I can find where there is opportunity to leave a review. They are clearly self titled in #1. They are slow if it is actually functioning and customer service and fulfillment are non existent. They do not stand behind the product. They just say its not their fault.

    NOT 24/7 support. They just don't answer their phones, you're on hold forever until you give up. We are switching ASAP. They didn't issue my Monday deposit. It's just a new issue every week. I hate Vagaro. Truly.

    Business owners beware. We switched from Massagebook to Vagaro and it has been a nightmare. The products and services they offer were everything we needed and we were excited to move over. Thats where the pleasantries ended. We use Wordpress to build our site and cant get the widget for booking to work. We trouble shot on our own (web dev and coding backgrounds) but couldnt get it to work. We had called and scheduled help through Vagaro, had our case elevated to urgent, proved that we have Java updated in our backend, etc. Well, its been over a week now of back and forth and the Dev team was supposed to call yesterday with an update. The call was scheduled but no one called, we called to see if the call was still happening and the rudest customer service *** responded with if its scheduled they will call you, just wait. No one called. We waited for over an hour next to the phone. Fast forward to today, we call for a check in to see if there are any updates. Once again we get the most passive aggressive customer service ***. The **** name was ****** and he was incredibly unprofessional. We explained the situation and he immediately found ways to make it our fault. Even in the follow up notes, he remarked the reason for the call as after missing their last follow up. This seemed passive aggressive in the sense that the blame will be put on the customer looking for help with key features of their products. Whats the point in using a service that doesnt work and the dev team, ***s, site team, and whoever else just seem to be agitated at people trying to get their product to work. Beware that if you decide to switch from your current CRM to Vagaro, it may be more trouble than its worth.

    Overall, the system is adequate. I have recommended several times to upgrade the way appointments are scheduled and moved. So far, no difference. It's been over a year. Be aware, their referral program that offers the new business we refer MUST use the link you give them. If so, the new client receives $100 towards equipment and we both receive $60 credit to use. Well, after spending all this time with another salon showing them the ropes on Vagaro, all of that was voided. Because, they did not use my link. Even after calling and trying to get them to honor it, they would not and basically said...tough. So, because of this, I do not recommend Vagaro. Sadly:(

    They will make you pay an exorbitant price to ship a new card reader to you, and you are forced to pay to send the old one back when it was sent defective in the first place. Never said anything about that until after sent, then threatened to charge 3x the original cost of the reader if you dont send the old one back. Vagaro is a complete scam, stay away!

    I have been in business since 1999, I have never had so many credit card issues as I have with the latest switch. It was not great before, but it is not Wednesday and I do not have Fridays deposit. ** is is about the 10th time this has happened. I reach out to the less than courteous support staff and the answer is just wait. That reply comes about ***** hours after I send the email. Switching is a huge pain, but I think I am going to have to look for an overall new plan. I do not have time to chase down my money.
