    I bought the chair and have had a tech out nearly 10 times. They do all sent a new chair and it again has problems. Their final solution was to cut a part off the chair because it wasn’t needed. I was told they would extend the warranty to a new warranty 1 year labor 3 year parts but are now saying no even though I had it in writing.

    They have offered no compensation and at this point I would want a better model that doesn’t require parts cut off of it.

    On August 8/14, My wife and I purchased a massage chair from the store for $3,000.00 dollars along with white glove delivery for additional $250 and were told the chair would be deliver 2 - 3 weeks.However due to the refusal from the third party delivery company they use to deliver my chair on our first schedule delivery they refuse to deliver to us at a time thats flexible for us. On 9/24 After waiting for a month and many fail attempt to wait for our delivery we finally reached out to the store asking for a refund. We got approval from their director that they would take back the chair and refund us back the money of our chair but cannot refund us back the $250 delivery fee as they would use it to ship the chair back.We requested our refund from the store on 9/28 and they would not provide us any update or details regarding our refund. I have to keep reaching out every other date as to why it took them so long to refund our money. It took the store almost another month to give us our money. However on 10/21 when I received the money from them we only received $2,831.20. I attempted to ask the store manager and director for explanation as to why we received less than what they had told me.As of writing I have yet to receive any word from the management as to why we got less than what we were promised. Not so much as an invoice or receipt.
