    SmartZip Targeting is a scam. You have no issue speaking with someone or receiving follow up calls before signing up with them for their lead generation services. We were told that all leads are scrubbed and they view records before sending these leads over to us. We have had dead people and a few people who are not even on the deed of a property. We had issues with it integrating with our Management system whihc we were told would not be a problem when we signed on and they could get it set up immediately. We tried to follow up various times on multiple issues and could not get someone on the phone, via email to actually respond to the issue or a fix. They continued to take money and the terms of the agreement and the multiple zoom meetings we had were not met. There were multiple drafts of 956 for a scam service that has been noted by many others online in varying places.. I was unaware of these scams and tried to contact the company several times to let them know of the issue and we were unable to get it resolved after they didn't respond to me several times. This should be SHUT DOWN.

    Smartzip is supposed to supply reviewed real estate leads - per their representative, that are scrubbed for the **** Estate Agent. They were on top of things and calling and responding with every email before signing on. As soon as we were signed, we had trouble getting in contact about the quality being different than what we purchased. I expressed my extreme displeasure to them and let them know this was not okay. It took months to hear back and things were still not remedied.

    On December 23, 2023, we entered into a contract with SmartZip to purchase their AI marketing products that purports to use AI to predict who in a neighborhood is most likely to move. We paid $1,154 for setup and month one, and had a subscription for one year's worth of services.A part of the total program included a custom website where prospective clients can visit to check the value of their home. During our onboarding we recognized a current client of ours, and saw that his smartzip estimated home value was 40% lower than the actual market value. If he read this with our brand attached to it, he would never use us as a trusted real estate professional again. As we perused the list we could see that their algorithm was completely flawed. ALL of the values were incorrect.We asked for a refund and were told that it was being worked on. We kept following up, and now we are not getting any reply from the company.
