    On 10/4/24 I paid ($100) consultation ***** ***** ****** ********************** @ ***************** for treatment of 2 facial veins: one on my forehead and the other under my rt eye. 1. After carefully examining me Dr. ********************** clearly stated, "I can treat these veins." He absolutely did not state or suggest that I might need surgery. 2. He stated, "Full resolution/disappearance of the veins could take time. He stated: You can return for additional treatment as needed. I then asked if there was a limit to return visits: He answered, "There 's no limit; today's fee is all inclusive."3. I paid Dr. ********************** a $100 consultation fee & proceeded with treatment. I paid him another $1,690. for the total treatment of 2 veins, $1860. ($930 ea. ) See enc..After treatment, ********************** repeated, "If needed, I could return for additional treatment."The vein on my forehead did resolve. I returned on Nov. 4. Afterwards, ********************** repeated, "If you need to return to do so before Christmas, the office will be closed.When the veins still hadn't fully resolved. I called at the end of Nov. to make return before the holidays. Dr. ********************** did not return my call. I called again, and could not get through. Dr. ********************** called me back on his personal phone in early Dec. and stated without seeing me: "I will not see you again. You need to have surgery." He then hung up the phone on me and blocked my phone number from being able to call his office.I have since had the vein under my right eye treated, and fully resolved by another physician. When I have more money, I will also have the forehead vein treated.RESOLUTION: A full refund. of $1860-$903 for each vein. $100 for the consultation during which Dr. ********************** withheld essential information--that I might require surgery. Had he initially given me this information, I would not have proceeded. $1760 for incomplete treatment AND lying to me regarding the number of times I could return for treatment.
