    I would not recommend Adams Pool Solutions to anyone. They failed to arrive on the promised date and did not respond to my emails. When I escalated the issue to the General Manager, he simply deferred the problem back to the unresponsive Project Manager. Despite being copied on all emails, the General Manager has not acknowledged or addressed the issue. The only reliable aspect of their service was their promptness in collecting payment for each phase of the job.What was supposed to be a six-week project took nearly five months to complete. A year later, the pool still has major issues. The drain pipe was installed too high, creating a dangerous suction risk. After repairs, the pool continues to leak. They sent a leak detection company, but the problem persists. We reached out to Adams Pool Solutions in February 2024, and it is now August 2024 with no resolution in sight. The pool and jacuzzi, completed in May 2023, remain problematic.
