    Dear *********** am writing to help BBB in resolving an issue with Global village Montessori (***). They are not responding to my email.Background: My daughter was enrolled with GMV Montessori since 2023. I withdraw her from *** effective October 31, 2024 and I paid all fee till that date. I found it necessary to withdraw due to multiple violations as well as breaches of the agreement and policies outlined in the contract signed with *** on July 10, 2023. Email attached about 4 serious incidents.1. Rodent in the Kitchen: During the week of July 22, a rodent was spotted in the *** kitchen where meals and snacks were prepared. *** failed to inform me of this serious incident.2. Misinformation Regarding Staff Changes: Assigned teacher resigned from ***; yet when I inquired about her absence for a couple of weeks, the staff informed me she was merely on leave. 3. Unnotified Policy Changes in Classroom Structure: Per previous agreements with former directors, My daughter was supposed to be placed in a class with children aged 4-5. However, my daughter was placed with younger children aged 3 without informing me.4. Uninformed and Undocumented Incidents: My daughter was frequently placed alongside younger children, including one who exhibited aggressive behavior towards her. These incidents were not documented and not communicated to me.All these violations started in August 2024. I am not asking any refund for the tuition fees; I only wish to have my $500 deposit returned. According to their billing statement, *** is asking me to pay the fee for Nov month, despite my daughter having already withdrawn on Oct 31, 2024.*** claims that I should give a one-month notice or Pay Nov month, despite the violations mentioned above. *** has already breached the agreement with the incidents described. This is an unfair business practice, holding deposits under such circumstances. I appreciate your attention to this matter. Thank you *****
