  I am being charged $150 a year for a registered agent. I would like this to stop and have not been able to get a hold of customer service to do so. Their website has a contact page. Once you input all your information, the website says there is an error. I wish I would've read the reviews before doing any business with this website.

  horrible experience. I paid the $150/annually for a "registered agent" to set up my LLC. This agent never signs emails with a name. They stay hidden. No direct email or phone either. I asked them to cancel my annual subscription and they refused. Then I find out that Nolo outsources my services to another company Vcorp. So NOLO literally makes money for doing nothing. Now I'm talking to Vcorp and its the same run around. They refuse to cancel my subscription. I eventually had to go to my state website and cancel my business. (Even though I pay them to do all my paperwork and filings. I emailed them proof of cancelled LLC and requested written proof or receipt that my subscription is cancelled and still nothing. I requested proof that they will no longer charge my card and I got no response. I asked them to remove my credit card from their database and no response. These people are con artists. They do not want to help you. They will take your money and ghost you. Be warned.

  This is a legal scam. You buy leads. OK.They don't review the leads. OK, we will review.When you sign up they let you know credit you for leads that are not in the correct geographic area, practice of law, or that are spam. OK, we will review and submit those requests.As of this writing, we submitted 10 requests for credit on bad leads. 4 were credited, 6 were not. Of the 6 include 3 that the people we contacted flatly told us they never submitted any request, and that this was spam. Appealed those denials- and the denials have stood. When speaking to a manager: They openly told us that we should be fine with us paying for leads that are not good leads as they will provide more than enough income from good leads.We have seen 1 *almost* good lead.You read that right, 10 totally out of scope leads, 1 kind of decent leads (and a ton of people that, understandably aren't answering as they are blind leads). When presented with actual facts on these leads, that they are telling us that we need to review, they simply say they can't verify what we are saying is accurate- and because they don't have the staffing to verify leads, they will not be crediting.So you buy blind leads.You call the leads.They are bad leads? Tough luck. Save your money and just randomly dial people from the phone book.

  Ordered Willmaker 2022 software download from Nolo.com. I received a message saying I would receive an email in a few minutes with instructions on how to download the software. Two days later..no email. Called their customer service number and no one answered nor replied to VM. I later checked Amazon review and saw 2 reviews also reporting that they never were able to download the software they paid for.
