Verbal (3 times) and written agreement that when new brake rotors were installed that 10 NEW torque to yield bolts would be used. ********, these bolts may NEVER be reused due to safety issues. Before final payment was made they went to the service bay and spoke with technician. They AGAIN confirmed new bolts. I later discovered today that old original bolts were reinstalled, despite this company's assurance. I later had rotors inspected and photographed showing old bolts were used endangering my family.

I talked to the customer 1/22/24 - I apologized for my employee and refunded the full amount of of the brake job that we did to try and rectify the situation.  I also let him know we were going to have a complete shop meeting with sales team and mechanics to go over the situation and what is expected in the future so this does not happen again.
