    I purchased the Arroyo Eco Pro H/T All Season 245/50ZR20 102W Light Truck tires and they were installed on 1/19/25. I paid $426.20 including the installation fees. After installation we noticed the tires were extremely loud above 40 MPH. We returned and had the tires balanced again and the noise problem continued. It drowned out the cabin and made it difficult to hear anything outside of the vehicle. The poor customer service department made me complete a warranty request which was denied within hours because the warranty doesnt cover noise. They refused to take any responsibility for this hazardous issue that was previously reported. They claim their tires are quiet on various sites, but this is false. There have been many reports to Arroyo and they are not willing to address the unsafe issue. The ***** has records of the many recalls involving Arroyo tires and their parent company. Various reviews on the internet express the same concerns about excessive noise. I replaced the scary tires with another set and they are very quiet and dont produce the excess noise like the Arroyo tires. I opened a return with ******* and if they do not accept the return I expect Arroyo to compensate me for these faulty tires.

    I purchased tires and spend money and a month or more trying to fix the fact that they would not balance out. I filed a warranty claim and have spent a month dealing with it just for them to deny the claim for an unrelated reason. They have not investigated the issue or even reached out to try to verify the problem.

    Purchased 4 tires for my car and all 4 separated tread making it very unsafe to drive. I have filed there warranty claim and reach ** out in several emails also have called them many times and have not received any response from any department.

    Purchased 4 new Arroyo Grand Sport tires on **** 5/26/23. Seller was FastLane tires. Invoice number **************. Tire was rated for ****** miles. Mileage on my car was ****** when installed June 5, 2023 mileage on car ******. I messaged ******** through **** and asked about tire warranty on May 19, 2024. Got a response on 5/20/24. Was told to contact Arroyo tire directly because they handle their own warranties. I Have gotten alignments on suspension of 2021 ****** Camry to maintain regular tire wear. Alignments done 7/31/23, 8/20/23, 11/24/23, & 2/7/24. Have also done regular maintenance and tire rotations at ******. Had tires rotated on 4/18/24 at ******* as well. I Took the Camry for what I thought was an inspection of the suspension to Big Brand Tire on May 19, 2024. Was informed that all four tires had separated. I took multiple pictures and had to pay $1098.15 for 4 new tires and an alignment. Mileage on car was *****. I was told that it was a manufacturer defect and to contact Arroyo tire.The tires only lasted ****** miles. That's ****** miles below the tire warranty rating.I sent an email to Arroyo tire when I got home that night. The email contained my contact information and a summary of the issue. I got no response.After allowing adequate time for an email response I called the phone number on their website ************ on May 23, 2024. I left a message.On May 24, 2024 I did the warranty application through their website. I provided photos and DOT tire numbers. To date I have received no response.I called several tire distributing companies on May 24, 2024 as well. No one would provide me with a good telephone number for Arroyo tire. On June 6, 2024 I tried the website number again. I was transferred and then hung up on.I tried 2 more times the same day. I was transferred and then hung up on.On June 7, 2024 I called the phone number on the website 2 more times. I was transferred and hung up on two times.
