      Trouble getting to speakto someone regarding spa defect. Purchased this from costellas hardware and they have tried to repair the issue and they cannot. My hot tub is still under warranty yet both costellas and I have not been able to reach anyone at ******* to help. I tried many times, left email and have gotten nowhere. I am regretting buying from ******* because the communication and customer service isnt there. This has been an ongoing problem for over 3 years. The repair person they sent out says the acrylics cant be repaired from the disintegrating acrylic surface on the bottom floor of the hot tub. We have been told that if they cant repair it , they will replace it. I feel that weve been patient enough over three years and now trying to get someone from *******. Just simply respond to either Costellos hardware or myself directly has been difficult.. I need answers with Hot Tub is a very expensive purchase and its been under warranty and it should be replaced yet. I have to ask the question why is Cal *** not responding and why are they only going to take your emails instead of your phone calls.

      Purchased a Calspa tub for $16,000 2-3 years ago and the salt system has been a complete disaster. The circuit board that powers the salt cell has failed 4 times now. The company was nice enough to provide us with 2 replacements free of cost. However, the unit continues to fail after a period of 4 months. Not only has the circuit board failed, but the heater failed due to corrosion from salt. My most recent communication with the company was extremely negative and rude. ****** refuses to stand behind their defective products that are sold for top dollar. Stay away from salt tubs and ******.

      I purchased a CalSpa tub last year. Only 2 months into ownership the lid malfunctioned and started pooling and holding water. ****** has refused to replace it and won't respond to communications. I do not recommend their products and would recommend going with any other company if you are purchasing a tub. The service and product are of low quality and they should be ashamed of how they treat their customers.
