    Im all out of patience and beyond frustrated with this property. On Aug 21 2023. I went through booking.com to purchase a room at the deluxe inn. Me and my girlfriend get there and my room I reserved was given to another person for reasons I still dont know. Frustrated and confused, the manager says she has a room that just so happened to be available. So I take it, because my card had already been charged. I go to the room its completely disgusting and trash everywhere. I go back to the front desk asking to have the room cleaned. She tells me that Housekeeping Dont come until the morning. Thats the first part of my unbelievable night. I go back to my room to grab my belongings and my girlfriend to leave, and handle the situation in a reasonable manner. Unfortunately my girlfriend who is pregnant falls asleep, mind you ? This is already 1am in the morning. I dont want to wake my pregnant girlfriend out in the rain and cold trying to find a room. Because the hotel took payment from my card, and Booking.com paid them. So I had no money to leave. I start clearing and cleaning while she rested and i finally lay down to sleep around 2:45am, and just as I start to settle in, my girlfriend jumps up to someone outside the room window. Next thing you know its a ************************* breaking into the room through the window. I jump out of bed to meet this guy and Im forcing him back outside the window. Because he was half way through. He looks up and sees me coming at him, and he has a confused look as if I broke in his room. All he kept saying is that it was rented to him and his sister. And he wanted a black suitcase underneath the bed. I marched rt back to front deck to inform the manager. The woman there that night said to me with a straight face. What Do you want me to do? I was blown away she had no remorse our any type of sympathy nor was any sort of apology. I demanded a refund and that was 8-21-23. $63 bucks. Its October 19 and I still havent received my money?

    I reserved the room at the deluxe inn in ****** ********** the app I was using glitched I meant to get a room and Ramona ********** when I went to cancel the room the app refunded my taxes $14 but the hotel refuses to give me my money back and I did not stay in their hotel after I made a complaint and asked him not to take the funds off my card he took it off anyway against my say so and without my permission I would like to be in reimbursed $71 I have receipts emails where I stated a mistake was made and I called them within ************************************************************************************** he wouldn't give me back a dime
