    I placed an order in August and have not received any part of it. Nothing I ordered was marked out of stock on the website, so I was surprised to get an email about my items being on backorder. I've reached out to customer service multiple times over the last few months; I was first told my order would arrive in late October, then November, then December and finally the first week of January. It's February and nothing has arrived. There was no communication from the company about the shipping timeline differing from what they had previously told me. I struggle to believe this company is BBB accredited.

    Hello, 

    We did advise the customer the items she ordered were on back order. We have now cancelled the order and issued a refund via paper check as her credit card has expired. We will notify her as soon as the inventory is available. 

    We apologize we did encounter a problem with receiving our inventory last year as our manufacturer was shut down for some time due to Covid. We are back on track receiving containers and appreciate your understanding.

    made a large order, paid for it and received an email stating it is on backorder until late October. Emaile in November, no response. Called 2 different numbers (1 that was on my bank statement) and got a message that they were closed for the holiday. Website isn't working.

    Hello,

    The backorder was canceled, and a full refund has been issued. I apologize for the delay in responding. We were out of the office on holiday break. Our website is up, running and working just fine.

    I placed an order on March 29, 2022. I knew that some items were back ordered and waited for them to send the rest of my order that did not arrive on April 9, 2022 with the in-stock items. It is now September and my emails have not been answered regarding the remaining items. The items show in stock on their website. I would like to have the rest of my order sent or a refund for the remaining items.

    Hello, We apologize for the delays in getting your backordered items in. Unfortunately, our manufacturer was shut down due to covid from May - July in Shanghai China. We did notify you of the backorders and gave you the option to cancel and receive a refund however, you decided to wait. We have now canceled and issued a refund for the backordered items and shipping. The refund was issued to the original form of payment. Again we apologize for the delays.
