    I purchased 2 Cortelco 250000-VBA-20M Traditional Basic Desk Phone (Black/Refurbished) from Startechtel.com on 06/11/2022 totaling $67.95. The money was deducted from my bank account on 06/13/2022 and as of today (7/16/22) I have not received the phones or a refund. My order # was ******, I have since called the phone number listed with the transaction on my bank statement and I have emailed the business but I have not gotten a response.

    Hello BBB,
    We had acknowledge the customer's return and processed the refund via ******* & the refund shows process and completed on the ******* website. It took a few days to receive a message that it was not processed correctly & We initiated the refund a second time. We have no intention of not refunding the customer there just was a glitch between ******* (online processor) and************** (merchant portal). It takes a few days for these two to communicate to each other. Please see that we are actively working to get this processed and the cardholder was welcome to call us first to see what happened with the refund.
