    On or about November 14th, 2022, 2:30 pm my car was towed illegally from my residence by swift towing. I have attached a written summary detailing what transpired and included cites of the ********** laws regarding tow companies and their responsibilities while doing business in **********.

    Requested a flat bed tow truck for disabled 2008 **** Mustang. Incident occurred on Saturday, August 12, 2023. AAA sent tow truck to change a flat tire. Flat tire on front right side of car. Spare tire was not correct size for front tires. Wheel would not turn (issue with caliper). Somehow, got connected with Swift Towing *************) while trying to get AAA via cell phone. Swift Towing said they could send a flat-bed tow truck within 45-minutes, but they would need a credit card payment up front ($486.69). Car broke down in shady area (Azusa) on a Saturday. It was starting to get dark. So I agreed to pay, but only after I was assured AAA would reimburse me. No tow truck showed up even after one hour. So I called AAA back. They told me they had no record of me calling them for a second time. They only had a record of the first call for a flat tire. In any event, AAA said they would send a flatbed tow truck. That truck did arrive after about 15 minutes. Mechanic determined problem was that my spare tire would not work on front wheels. So he placed a stock rear wheel/tire on front, and put the spare on the rear. I was then able to drive home. I have been trying to resolve this problem on my own, but no success. At this point, I guess I'm just another senior citizen who has been scammed (I'm 71 years old). Any suggestions you have are welcome. Thank you.

    06/3/2023 Swift towing or so they call themselves illegally tried towing my car they are scammers!

    Swift Towing is responsible for breaking my driver side window. Before Swift towed my car the driver side window had a little bit open and so I put plastic on my window until I could get it fix. My car was towed on June 10, 2022. I picked up my car at Swift Towing on June 11, 2022 after 9 am. When that person brought the car out the plastic on the driver side window was tore up and the window was really loose the window was almost all the way down it look as if Swift Towing was able to pull the window down enough to put their hand to open the door to control steering wheel for car to be towed. Swift is responsible for forcing my window to go down like it did. Ask the person at Swift Towing "why did you mess up my window." The person who took my money said it was already like that and I said you made it bigger I have witnesses who have seen my window before Swift Towing took it. Even my mechanic knows how my window was. Please be honest my window was not this wide.
