      ******************** refuses to communicate to me regarding my taxes. I have requested multiple times the outcome of my taxes and she will not tell me. I was last able to reach her on March 29, 2024, she began yelling at me, calling me a girl, and stating I was ruining her business. I was unable to say anything, she then proceeded to hang up on me. I paid ******************** $185.00 on March 20, this morning she texted me at 4:00 am in the morning stating she was mailing my taxes for review. I again requested to know the outcome of my taxes prior to mailing to make sure she had all the information and she will not respond. I called twice today, March 30, 2024, after receiving her text and she will not answer. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism from a tax preparer. I would like to ensure no one else has to go through such an awful experience like I have had to with ********************. Also, I know 3 other people that hired her to do their taxes this year and they too have experienced the unprofessional yelling and lack of response regarding their taxes. ******************** has even sent ***** requests to borrow money to one of the persons I know which alerted my friend there was something very off about ********************. Why would a tax preparer, ask to borrow money from someone they dont even know or have a relationship with.

      P******* St*****s of Low Cost Tax did not send over all work, as stated when we first started working in December 2022. I originally paid $200 for my 2022 tax returns and $100 for 2022 Longform taxes, in addition to several other services. While the other services were fulfilled, the 2022 tax returns and 2022 Longform taxes were not. On 04/13/2023 P******a stated that she did not charge for a schedule C. It was never mentioned that this would be an additional charge during any of our conversations via email and phone between December until then. When asked if she could be transparent about charges going forward, and reassuring I will pay, I asked her to please let me know what the charge would be before proceeding. On 04/14/2023, she sent an email stating she is going to stop her services and send me the 2022 return excluding the Business schedules. I agreed to this. I then followed up between 04/16-04/19/2023 for the agreed upon actions but she refuses to send me what she stated she would. On 04/26/2023 I asked for a refund as an alternative solution. She refused and shared with me for the first time that she has a no refund policy, and stated she will be blocking all communications going forward.

      As a resolution, I would appreciate support for the following:
      1. Either get a refund of $300 for the 2022 return and 2022 longform taxes or for her to send me the 2022 documents, excluding the schedule C as originally promised, and
      2. Make sure P******* St*****s safely disposes of all my information, as it has come to my attention that she has been sharing client information with other clients. I do not feel safe with my confidential information in her possession.

      She gave me false information when promising a service and is refusing to reimburse me back what I had paid and is refusing to give me back my tax file, she’s withholding my personal information.
