Admitted to passages Ventura in mid September. The nurses were giving out Ativan every 2 hours. I overdosed and was vomiting and unconscious for days. TB test liquid was shot in my eye by the teenage nurse. Nobody checked on me, never saw a doctor. I left for insurance reasons after 5 days

Was going to readmit and go back. Spoke with a nurse for a pre assessment over the phone on Oct 11. Going in the next day at 11. I was running late, so I called admissions and spoke with a Gina.. she said it's fine, to just try to be there by 5:00 pm. I live 2 and a half hours away and the Lyft was late (and expensive). When I arrived, they told me I couldn't be admitted until the next morning.
I had no where to go. I stayed in the front of their locked gate for hours trying to figure out why and what to do. Found a cheapest hotel and spent $90.00. and a $22.00 lyft ride to get there. In the am they did pick me up in a suv. Started to do intake and admissions again. Started signing all my forms and the manager,/supervisor comes in and tells the staff to do a "thorough body search". He then tells me that my panic attacks and anxiety will only be resolved by sharing a room with someone. I was told on the phone that I did not have to have a roommate because of my anxiety. The supervisor said that the staff there will take care of my panic attacks and to trust them. (Kind of hard to since I was unconscious and vomiting and nobody cared the first time. ). The staff were all teenagers. Nurses were uneducated. The supervisor then told me to" just leave then, I didn't need to stay"

He said to file a complaint and it wouldn't be the first one. He verbally and emotionally and physically abused me until I was crying. Again, they escorted me out the locked gate. Maybe they don't know how to deal with dual diagnosis?
I was having trouble uploading my receipts and bills and pictures. The program does have surveillance cameras I would like to see how they treated me
