    11/19 asking for adjustment and credit on a ***** charge, which may or may not be monthly. Did not authorize nor even know what this expense was for. ****** shows charge to Paramountdealzfuture and I have no clue what this is. Please respond. Thank you

    I had received an email, which appeared to be from Dicks Sporting Goods offering me a chance for a cooler, as I am a member of their rewards program. It appeared to be legit. All I had to pay was shipping amount of ****. After entering my charges, I was then directed to a page to sign up for some kind of online games. I clicked to decline this, which was when I became suspicious. Upon checking my bank account, I saw the $**** charge (paid to Good Bliss 4 U), but then an additional charge for $99.95 (UNAUTHORIZED). I called the # and got a call center. Initially they refused any refund and would not give me the company name - said they were located in ******* **. They also gave me a bogus name for both the company & call center. Upon research, I found a ********** company, Good Bliss 4 U online with the address I supplied on this form. The phone # matched. Upon much arguing / threats, they offered me 25% refund, then 50%, then 75%. Refused full refund and would not allow me to speak to a manager. They said they cancelled my recurring monthly charge of $99.95, again unauthorized to begin with. Refused to give me any further info. This is not right, and I hate for more people to fall prey to this.
