    I ordered from HOME AND GARDEN TREND ON APRIL 21ST 2025. PAID $ *****. FOLLOED TRACKING NUMBER AND FOUND OUT THAT IT WAS COMING FROM *****, WAS NOT STATED ON WEBSITE FOUND ON ********. IT'S SAYING IT WAS DELIVERED MAY 4TH, WAS NOT, CHECKED WITH POST OFFICE, NOT THERE EITHER. UPDATES PROVIDED BY 17TRACKNET. HAVE REACHED OUT TO COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES BY EMAIL BECAUSE I CAN'T LOCATE A Phone number.

    Dec. 30th I ordered this Lucid Mattress Topper, I got one e-mail saying its being shipped. Havent received this item as of today January 17th. Went to their web site and a whole lot of people havent received theres. I just want to make sure this isnt a scam. Thank you.

    On January 2, 2023, I placed an order for a garden kneeler to send to my elderly father from ***************************** Trend. I paid $59.97 to the business. On January 10, 2023, my father received the package. Later in the week he told me that he did not like it, it was uncomfortable, and he wanted to return it. On January 13, 2023, I emailed ***************************** Trend (************************************) for the return address per their return policy ******************************************************************************** January 14, 2023, I received a response from ************************************ asking why my father wanted to return it. I replied that day with why he didn't like the kneeler and asked for the return address again.On January 16, 2023, I received another response asking why my father didn't like it, providing some instructions like it has to be in the original packaging, but not the return address. I replied that I have already provided the reason and asked for the return address for a third time.
