    I'm getting the run around from this co for 7 days. The driver lifted the ******** and didn't allow enough room to realse it which caused **** of damages 1st off the dumpster was supposed to be left in the alley as stated on my paperwork. The contractor wanted it in the backyard I have a huge backyard, driver said let me try to put it in there and I said I really don't want it inside my backyard but if you want to "try" go aheah if it is not going to work please put it in the alley og plan When the crash happened I reached out to ****** right away they said a supervisor would call me no one did after a few days later of me calling them. I provided photos of exactly what happened because their driver was ********* I have 2 witnesses that were present. When he hit the wall **** said ****** ******* he just ********* it like nothing happened Very **** I was ******** I finally ****** the supervisor ******** if that's even her real name to have a conference call with the driver so we could discuss what happened and immediately he was yelling he wouldn't let me speak every time I try to say something he spoke over me and then I got upset and things got ****** because they were just going in circles. She called me a weirdo. ******* isn't acceptable. She's calling me harassing me and asking me in a ****** attitude if I have called the police yet because I told her I was going to call the police because I didn't feel comfortable dealing with them anymore Very unprofessional **** the driver was ************** over the phone it got very out of control and the supervisor could not manage her employer She hung up our conference call and didn't bother to call me back I did a few times I have emails, text messages and photos of everything saved time stamped I asked for their license # and their address even though I signed a waver/ contract it's not listed anywhere and they refuse to give it to me I gave plenty of opportunity to resolve it. Refund **** for repairs. **

    Consumer Response /* (-5, 5, 2022/10/26) */ This is the second charge from clean up cali. No invoice was sent. Not even a call to as why I'm being charged. They owe me money for damages. This is fraud. I have emailed them and called numerous times No response. Their dumpster crashed into my wall and it also scraped up my paint on my gate they owe me money this is the 2nd charge. I don't understand it. I also contacted my bank to dispute the charges. It also took them about a week to pick up the dumpster that was blocking my garage door and the only reason why they removed it was because the City Inspector called them and said they needed to remove it otherwise it was going to be impounded that day. After that they moved it immediately. There was also a police officer present to make a report of the damages to my property while the driver was pick up the dumpster. I have requested their license number thousands of time by email, text and calling. No answer. I've also requested an invoice that the drivers never gave to me. I have already provided pictures for my other claim regarding the same address with the same co. A few days ago please use that as a reference. Complaint ID#: ******* Also the 2nd charges are a different merchant from what the bank stated so they are doing something fraudulent. I have provided 2 pics of the different merchants Dates and amounts. Please call me to discuss further. **
