I paid 6240 for 100 hours to help my Son *********************** prepare for SAT in 2021.I was told that any unused hours will be transferred to my daughter ********************** Son few hours and when i asked them to enroll my daughter they are refusing it.I have repeatedly contacted them, asking for help and I was just tossed around. Many times, I did not get any response. I had to personally drive to the office to inform them. They did false advertising and did not follow up what they told me when I signed up and paid $6240.00 in advance. I would like to get the refund of unused hours.

C2 Education is tutorial service that I agreed to pay a $7055.00 with my credit card. This service is for worth of 100 hours of tutoring for my daughter. I only agreed to this because the manager kept telling me that it's a money back guarantee if it's not going to work for my daughter. I gave them the full amount on 8/8/2022. My daughter only used 6 hours: first meeting 2 hours to take the SAT; second meeting 2 hours to discuss the result of SAT and 2 hours to tutor her on her math. On the second meeting, I already told ******************* the manager that it was not helping my daughter and will not work because it was not a one to one tutoring which ***** failed to inform us and their room is so noisy. It is full of students in one ************* with no private room. my daughter was getting distracted by other students. She just kept saying that it's tailored to my daughter's needs. On 8/20/2022, I already told her to refund my money back. I have an appointment to see her to sign the paperwork to terminate my contract she texted me and telling me that they already processed the refund that should wait 3-4 weeks for it to go back to my credit card. When I followed up with call and text, this time she was saying that they mailed the check and probably I did not receive and will call her manager. I kept waiting and calling and texting her.I have been waiting for more than 3 months now.On November 28, 2022, I went in their office and ***** put ************************* the manager on the speaker phone. Letting me hear that they pretending that they will process it again. ******** and I exchanged several emails and again she was just making excuses to me me that because it was Wednesday the cycle of the refund will not be processed and they cannot return my money. I sent her an email again when she would my money back and she never replied back to me.
