    12/24/22- sent them 75 dollars for radio and service.
    I then asked him for a tracking number and receipt of shipment. He told me he lost the tracking and receipt and will be sending anyone. He said I would receive it never did.
    1/3/23- I message him told him I wanted my money back because my company no longer using him and never received a radio. He told me no money back and that I’m in a two year contact. Which he says in the contact says no refunds which it doesn’t. Also he said it says in the invoice but it doesn’t. After demanding a refund and don’t want a radio, he told me I will meet him in court.

    I have already responded this complaint one time this whole group decided not to pay their bill so they decided to screwed me over on the 2-year contract for the radios that I signed so they don't have to so when he canceled he doesn't get any money back because I've got to pay the two-year contract anyway this group of people have screwed me out of 2,800 and they want $75 back I don't think so we have a straight policy of no refunds because of the two year contracts and we have not received our radios back so I have a lawyer involved I hope you do not post this online as it would hurt my business and my case against them

     I am rejecting this response because:


    It’s a scam and I looked at this contract and also invoice. Either one says anything about refund. Just cancel my radio and give back my money and that’s the end of it. This business is a scam.
