My husband has an account with this bank. Ive contacted them to let they know he died and no one has contacted me back letting me know the next steps. You stay on hold forever and even when you enter your number for a call back, no one calls. Ive been trying for three months. Poor customer service.

In the beginning when we first financed through Beneficial State Bank for our vehicle, it was great. They were responsive and easy to work with. A year later it was a different story. ***** caused many people to be out of work and BSB would not work with us and claimed we did not contact them, ever , for help. Luckily my son was able to pull together the money and get caught up. Another year and we are faced with hardships that caused my son to travel for work that will pay enough to pay the bills. Unfortunately he fell behind 2 months due to travelling to another state and starting the job there. We all know that when you start a job they don't always pay immediately. They repo'd his car and after paying still would not give his car back. Now they say they are well ng his car the day after Christmas. He is a young father of 2 with his kids here in Washington State and he is in ********* and this company will not work with him at all Instead is gouging him for soooo much more than what should be owed , that he won't be home for Christmas. The customer service at this place is awful, representatives are rude and very disrespectful. I do not recommend to anyone
