    TRANSACTION WITH THIS COMPANY WAS ON 5/6/24 IN THE AMOUNT OF $1200 FOR A NEW NAVIGATION/ ***** FOR MY 2019 ***** CRV. INSTALLATION WAS PERFORMED ON 5/9/24. I ASKED FOR A ***** SYSTEM TO INSTALL THAT WAS SIMILAR TO THE ONE I HAD. ONCE INSTALLATION WAS COMPLETE I CAME BACK AND PICKED UP MY CAR. **** STATED THEY COULDN'T GET ALL THE STEERING WHEEL CONTROLS TO WORK WITH THE ****** I WAS OK WITH IT AS LONG AS EVERYTHING ELSE WORKED. I DROVE AWAY AND THE MICROPHONE FOR MY PHONE THAT WAS INSTALLED WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO HEAR WHEN I CALLED ANYONE. THE MICROPHONE THAT WAS INSTALLED WAS CONTINUALLY FALLING OFF OF THE DASHBOARD. ON 5/21/24 I TOOK BACK MY CAR DUE TO THE BLUETOOTH DID NOT WORK ANYMORE, SO THEY REPLACED WITH A NEW *****, AND STILL NOT ALL CONTROLS WORKED WHEN I LEFT. THE MICROPHONE FELL OFF AGAIN AND THE ***** WAS POPPING OUT OF THE ***** AND I HAD TO GO BACK IN ON 6/25/24. THIS TIME I SPOKE WITH ***** AND HE SAID THAT **** WAS NEW AND DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO INSTALL, SO HE SUGGESTED I BUY ANOTHER ***** AND HE GUARANTEED ME IT WOULD WORK, BUT IT WOULD COST ME $280 MORE. HE SAID TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY SO THEY WOULD HAVE IT IN STORE. I TOLD HIM I COULD NOT RETURN THE NEXT DAY BUT WOULD RETURN ON 6/27/24. WHEN I DID RETURN THE ***** WAS NOT THERE, SO I HAD TO RETURN AGAIN ON 6/28/24 FOR INSTALLATION. THIS WENT ON 2 MORE TIMES AND FINALLY ***************** THEY COULD NOT GET IT TO WORK, HE GAVE ME A REFUND OF $1480 AND I TOOK MY CAR DIRECTLY TO ***** OF ESCONDIDO ON JULY 8, 2024. WHEN ***** INSPECTED THE ***** TO TRY AND FIX IT, THEY NOTICE A LARGE AMOUNT OF DAMAGE TO THE WIRING. EXPOSED WIRES, CRACKS IN WIRES, ETC. ******** AT ***** STATED IN ORDER TO GET MY CAR BACK TO WORKING CONDITION IT WILL COST APPROX. $4300. IM LOOKING FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE DAMAGE TO BE PAID FOR ME TO FIX MY ***** TO BE BACK TO WORKING CONDITION IN THE AMOUNT OF $2820.
