I saw the negative comments about Grace Digital and wanted to leave some positive feedback for them. I have owned four Grace Digital radios in the last ***** years. They are rock solid performers. I've required customer support from ********************** a few times, and they are always responsive and helpful. Their president even got involved in one issue I had with performing a firmware upgrade ... I didn't know it was him until much later. They take care of their customers. With regard to the older model radios that no longer function: Grace, like many companies, used an internet radio aggregator called Reciva, which had been around since the early days of internet radios (early 2000s). Reciva went out of business (or something of the sort) and their database was shut down. Grace Digital acknowledged the problem and gave substantial discounts to customers to buy their latest models. I replaced two radios this way. The new radios are rock solid performers. As far as I know, these are the only internet radios that can interface with SiriusXM.The internet radio is probably a niche market. I imagine most people who listen to streaming services don't mind using a computer, tablet, or phone to listen. Some of us still like the idea of having a radio that doesn't rely on turning on a computer or pairing to a bluetooth speaker. Just push a single button and you're listening, like an old AM/FM radio. Highly recommend Grace Digital radios for that "old school" experience!!
