Walter Andersen Nursery Return Policy and Plant Warranty

WATER YOUR PLANTS DAILY BEFORE INSTALLATION AND REGULARLY AFTER INSTALLATION. FAILURE TO PROPERLY WATER YOUR PLANTS BEFORE OR AFTER INSTALLATION MAY, AT THE NURSERY’S DISCRETION, VOID THE WARRANTY AND EXCLUDE THE PLANTS FROM REFUND OR EXCHANGE. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT THE CARE OF YOUR PLANTS, PLEASE ASK AN ASSOCIATE OR CALL THE NURSERY

Plants, except orchids, are warrantied for 90 days from date of purchase.  Orchid sales are final and cannot be returned for refund, store credit, or exchange.

Plants returned within 30 days in saleable condition may be returned for refund or store credit.

Plants may be returned within 90 days in any condition for exchange or store credit NO REFUNDS.

General merchandise and other dry goods, in saleable, unopened condition, may be returned with receipt within 30 days for refund or exchange. Merchandise returned after 30 days with a receipt may be exchanged for store credit only, NO REFUNDS.

No refunds, exchanges, or store credit on merchandise sold as final sale or close out.

Store Credits expire 6 months from date of issue.

HEDGEFUND COUPONS:  Valid beginning 5 days from date of purchase and expire 45 days from time of purchase. Cannot be used to purchase gift cards or be used as payment on an account. Cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.  Cannot be exchanged for cash and no change will be given for unused portions.

Walter Andersen Nursery’s warranty only covers the cost of the merchandise and plants purchased from our stores. We are not liable for, nor will we cover under our warranty, labor, delivery, removal, installation, or any ancillary costs associated with the purchase of our merchandise.

Walter Andersen Nursery reserves the right to issue refund checks for large purchases at our discretion. Purchases made with a credit card which are eligible for refund upon return, must be credited back to the original card or a store credit will be issued.
