  It started out really well. We worked through the inventory and got the estimate. We had emailed the move consultant to ask about payment terms, and were told that we could either pay with credit card at pickup, or with a cashiers check at destination. Paying at destination was a great option for us, so we scheduled the move. The move coordinator sent paperwork to docusign, but the inventory was wrong and the destination address was listed as "TBD". They sent new paperwork, but the destination address was still wrong. Sent a third set of paperwork to docusign, and also emailed to say that we were not allowed to pay at destination, we were required to pay ahead of time. We emailed back for clarification and attached the email stating that we could pay at destination. They let us know that we would have to pay for the vehicle ahead of time. We cancelled the move and hired a different company. The issues with the paperwork were bad enough, but the bait and switch on the payment terms told us we couldn't trust this company.

  ****** ****** of Atlas Moving is a Con man. He promised an easy move from ********* to *******. ****. He promised to listen to our concerns and get back to us if we had any concerns. Nope.Other issues 1-Items were lost or stolen 2-Poor packing, my salt shaker was not packed correctly and opened up in the box, what a Freaking mess!!!3-Boxes were opened at their distribution center and moved from one box to another. This was done I imagine to save space on the truck. We did not give permission for this to occur. This was not in the contract; this is VERY VERY BAD. Invasion of privacy alert.4-And once again, his inability to listen to our concerns and get back to us So, I would absolutely not hire him for any move.I might trust him to sweep my street, but probably not Do Not Use Them

  Our team fell short in our communication process, and we responded after delivery to address their concerns and express our apologies. We also sent a goodwill gesture of $500 due to our overall communication shortfall. In the end, we safely transported and delivered their household goods to *******, and on-time. We sincerely regret that the customer didnt have a more positive experience working with our company.

  Both ***** (Relocation Specialist ******** *************************** Inc.,Agent for Allied Van Lines) and ***** (Atlas *********************************************** *********), agents for Allied, exceeded my expectations and made the overall experience moving across the country exceptional!!! I also would like to mention ***** who worked alongside ***** to pack my home onto the truck in **********. They were very professional and handled my belongings with remarkable care. Allied was not the lowest bid, but from the beginning I knew this company was the right choice! ***** made an immediate trip to my home and provided me with a reasonable estimate to load, carry, and unload my belongings from ********** to ********. We worked out a few of the costs and I could not have been happier with the quality of service I received. Both ***** and ***** stayed in constant contact with me, they disclosed every peice of information about my move timely and accurately. I was really impressed to find out ***** was with my belongings start to finish! There was no wondering where my belongings were or where they were, ***** stayed in close contact with me at every stage of my move. He never missed a call and his communication was impeccable! I made my choice on movers because of my first interaction with ***** and was completely blown away with how personal my moving experience was! My belongings arrived in ******** in exceptional condition and extremely timely, thanks to your team!!!

  Would definitely not use this company for any move. We had them out to move our home, received a quote, then told them the date we needed the truck, told us all was a go, then received a contract to sign. We had a couple of questions, tried to call the representative 4 times that day and never received a call back. Next thing we know our contract has been cancelled and we have heard nothing from our representative, or why our contract was cancelled. Don't let this happen to you, wherein the end you have no truck to move you. Total disregard for the customer. Would not use them or recommend this company to anyone at all.
