      We got three different quotes, and 5 Star not only beat them all, but they also completely exceeded our expectations! From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and impressive. They came in and knocked out the job in just one daynew ducting and a brand-new AC system installed with zero hassle. **** was incredibly knowledgeable, straightforward, and honest about exactly what we needed (and what we didnt). No upselling, no pressurejust solid advice and top-notch service. Highly recommend 5 Star if you want quality work done right the first time!

      I had a wonderful experience working with the men from Five Star Heating and air conditioning company. I replaced my HVAC equipment with newer, more efficient equipment which has saved me money over last summer and this winter. They made certain that I understood the proper filters to use to maintain the efficiency of the equipment. These men were extremely knowledgeable, dependable, and tidy. I have told several friends about my experience when they asked me about the new equipment. They deserve to use the name Five Star in my opinion. I gave them that rating for the great job they did.

      Reliable, responsible, they clean up the site when done. They are knowledgeable and able to suggest the right equipment to do the job. They are a great company. I have already recommended them to friends and will continue to do so.
