    Oct 28th 2024 I ordered a cylinder head part number 2CV7 from ******** and my order keeps getting delayed for shipping. I want to know where my order is and why its taking so long to get its been 2 weeks and *** had ******** contact the manufacturer and warehouse to give me an update on my order and there has been zero response from both parties. Wheres my order?!

    5/22/2021 ******* A faulty remanufactured engine I think they should have to pay the bill for repair cause it's there fault They said they would only pay percent of it that I don't know what is Sent bill they said would send check in mail it's been like 3 weeks and nothing Order ***************

    I purchased a remanufactured Engine from Autozone in July of 2022. Engine was put in vehicle and immediately showed poor performance. I contacted Autozone to let them know that the Engine was not performing. They then put me in contact with the warranty department, I filed claim 12/28/22. The claims department for NUTECH told me to take vehicle to a shop to perform compression test and leakdown test and to submit videos showing these tests were performed. The tests indicated that it was a faulty motor. Tests showed lack of comprehension in 1 or more cylinders. After receiving videos warranty company stopped answering phone calls and did not return phone calls. a month later I finally get someone on the phone and they claim they never got videos. The company performing the tests CCed me on emails sent to them. They claim they were still not receiving the emails. 1 month later they magically found the emails. After this they asked for more tests not related to the engine failure. They asked for tests that even dealerships would not perform. It is my belief that they ask for this test so that they will not have to honor warranty. I paid for a remanufactured Engine and received one that did not work. I just want the warranty honored so that I can have my vehicle repaired. I paid $3695 for Engine had it has less than 100 miles.

    As of July My fiance has been dealing with not having his truck. We got in contact with the Assistant manager of the *** of auto zone who took our story and was able to get us some help. **** who is the DM of auto-zone has been keeping in contact about any type of information. Not only have I had Is***s with Nu tech with not being able to get in contact with them, our mechanic cant either to get to the next step in figuring out the is***. The manager of Auto zone near us who has been in the loop and on board with everything and he wasn't even able to get through to Nu Tech. Since July, my fiance and I have had nothing but is***s with Nu tech. He hasn't seen his truck in over 4 months and I'm not okay with how long this process has been. Nu Tech has not been compliant at all and Now my fiance needs new tires for how long his truck has been sitting. I want compensation because his tires are extremely expensive. Nu Tech Has not been helpful at all and has not been cooperative during this whole is***. This is SERIOUS matter because my fiance uses his truck for work, not just to get there but he uses it all day for the job that he has that requires him to use his truck and they're getting frustrated because Nu Tech has done nothing for him and its hindering their work flow. I need something done about this like yesterday. I am DONE WAITING.... PERIOD... we have been waiting longer than we should have. If I had the money id take Nu tech to court and *** them for all they have so my fiance can have a truck that actually works. Keep in mind, with in the 4 months of trying to get a hold of them, they have now just out of know where are "temporarily" out of business. There are a lot of reviews to back up that they are a horrible company to buy from and work for. We want to have our money back completely on this engine that he has only had for less than a year and brand new tires for his truck. This is now The second time this has happened to my fiance.Thanks for your time
