    We called this company because our kitchen sink was clogged. They arrived to our house when promised. He removed the pipe under the sink and cleared my kitchen sink. The plumber left the area nice and clean. Will definitely be using them, if needed, in the future.

    Please do not consider this company - Rooter Man Plumbing when you're in need of plumbing services. The prices listed on their website for a standard clogged drain is not the price quoted upon speaking to a representative. Secondly, the contracted plumber shared one price for the services but then charged my credit card another price that was not agreed upon.For a **** jet drain - "run a mini ****** to clear my drain", I was charged $1,975.00 for a single - one story family home not a commericial property. For most jet drains the average cost is $200.00 - $800.00 for a single family home.I am unclear why the service person overcharged my family for the services rendered. I can only strongly recommend you do not consider utilizing Rooter Man Plumbing for your family needs.

    We are very pleased with ***** 's work .he is very professional and soft spoken. He did a great job at our home All work done in timely manner. ***** was very thorough and explained at each steps. I will recommend ****************** to all my family and friends.

    ************** was very thorough in explaining what was causing our shower leak problem, which was behind the shower wall. I was pleased with his work. He answered all of my questions in detail, & provided solutions to fix the issue. He was punctual, nice, and efficient. We will definitely use Rooter Man Plumbing again.

    We had a stoppage beneath our bathtub. I'm a handyman and would normally take care of it, but due to ongoing health issues we decided to hire a plumber to take care of what I thought would be a simple enough job. We called Rooter Man and they sent ******. He tried snaking the drain, even though I told him I already tried. Surprise, he couldn't do it either. He went underneath the house, then came out and said he saw some wet *************** the house so a section of pipe would have to be replaced in order to fix the stoppage. Since he's the professional, we gave the okay to do the work. Apparently, as he was replacing the section, he noticed there was dirt/debris in the pipe. Instead of telling us about the issue, he decided to replace the section and close it up. PROBLEM NOT FIXED! We checked the drainage from tub and found it was till not draining. When we told him, he then dropped a bomb on us with an $8,800 estimate to replace the rest of the piping. Mind you, he just charged us $2,150 to replace 3 ft. of piping that didn't need to be replaced. Here is where the anger comes in. I went underneath the house to check out the work. While down there, I notice a section of piping I could access which ****** either overlooked or chose to ignore. I figured I would try to snake it to see if does any good. Low and behold, I ran the snake through it and it popped the plug. The tub is now draining. Either he didn't know what he is doing (which is what would hope) or he and Rooter Man are trying to upsell service. Worst case is they are flat out trying to con customers. I read reviews (after the fact) and I saw similar complaints. I know the saying, "You pay for the knowledge" not the actual repair. I can guarantee you, if he was working on his own home, he would have explored every avenue before making a decision to replace the entire piping underneath the house. If you are not handy, unfortunately you are at the mercy of any plumber. I recommend to avoid Rooter Man.

    Rooter Man Plumbing was called out to the property for a tub stoppage and our service tech arrived and diagnosed the issue and ran his tools to try to clear the blockage. After multiple attempts he was unsuccessful. Then Rooter man tech went under the house to check and noticed by the bathroom area there was water mark and pipes were in poor condition. Service tech notified the daughter of the owner, Sorann who was at the residence. The Service Tech advised Sorann that the section of the bathtub pipe that connects to the main sewer line needs to be replaced. The Service Tech provided a quote for the repair which included a 25 year warranty. Customer stated that they would need to discuss the matter within themselves and notify us if they chose to proceed with the repair. At this time, the Service Tech emailed the invoice of the recommendation with the quote and departed the residence. Shortly after, customer called Rooter-Man Plumbing Dispatch Office and advised that they would like to proceed with the work. Service tech responded back to the residence and started the repair. The following day, upon conducting the repair underneath the house and cutting the pipes to make the repair, the service tech noticed that the remainder of the bathtub pipe clogged with build-up and sludge. The service tech took photos of the entire job, before, during, and after along with the section that was not part of the repair. Service tech then provided the photos to the customer and recommended that the remainder of the pipes is also in poor condition and needed to be changed due to the issue extending to the parts of the pipe that was not covered by the quote/warranty. Provided customer a quote to change the entire pipe that will resolve the issue. Customer was also advised that due to the remainder of the pipes that are corroded and full of build-up, the issue may not be permanent until the entire section is replaced. Customer refused to proceed with the further work. Service tech then collected payment and left the residence. That evening at approximately 9:50PM, customer called the Rooter man Dispatch Service and advised that their tub is not draining. Dispatch then called the Service Tech and notified him of the customers complaint. Service tech then called the customer at 9:55PM and spoke with Ken (Customers Son-In-Law) and re-elaborated of the issue that was observed when conducting the repair. Ken requested service tech to respond to the residence the next day. Service tech advised customer to call dispatch in the morning so they can dispatch someone out to inspect the issue. The customer called the following morning and dispatch asked customer what time frame would be convenient to send someone out and the customer stated that they will call us back and let us know. Later that day, Rooter man Dispatch called customer multiple times left a voicemail to confirm a time frame for the Service tech to go out but the customer never called back. The service tech also attempted to call multiple times but was unsuccessful. Rooter man has made multiple attempts to go out and snake the tub at no additional cost, however, customer has not responded to us for scheduling. Please have the customer reach out to us for snaking of the tub drain that we serviced.

    We called out Rooter Man, then George came out from Rooter Man. We asked him to unplugged the drain and all he wanted to do was upsell after us paying $2150 for work that did not fix the draining problem. Knowing my mother in law only has one shower, I went underneath the house to take a look. Then I used a 3 feet snake to unplugged the drain and it started flowing and still flowing till this day.
