    We purchased an engine from this business, they sent ** 2 bad engines and we sent it back for refund. Now they're charging over $700 for shipping because we sent the 2 bad engines back. This is not our fault they did not inspect engine before sending it out. We just want our full refund back. This business never mention any shipping fees for refund or any proof that they inspected these engines before sending them out. We sent this business a video of ** inspecting the faulty engines they sent out. They continue to blame it on our tools, so went sent them another video of ** testing our tool on another engine and it worked fine.

    Customer purchased a used engine from ** upon receiving it customer stated that engine was faulty. We informed them that we had checked engine prior to shipping and it passed the inspection. He requested we send him another one we agreed and sent another one to try and make him happy. They received that engine and also said it was faulty we asked how they determined that and they explained that and we disagreed on their procedure. We explained that we would pick up second engine and would refund minus the freight charges and would add a restocking fee. He agreed with the outcome. Since this incident we have resold those 2 engines without any problems.

    I am rejecting this response because: seller never notified us $700 in shipping charges. It doesnt matter if you dont agree with how we tested? We are ase certified mechanics. Do your guys have any certifications to disagree with us?
