    Myself and a lot of other members of my department trusted this company with **** g our departments clothing. Many of us spent around 700$ for clothing. These orders were in October 21 *****. We have received NONE of these orders and this owner refuses to respond to emails. We are out THOUSANDS of dollars and this company refuses to email back and refund us.

    We have worked with this customers department multiple times on previous orders and have always had a positive experience. For the order being referenced, we communicated with the departments representative about the products we could and could not get (due to supply chain shortages). We provided the departments representative with the products we were able to get, and communicated to the representative that other products were out of stock. No other communication was provided after that (from us or from the Departments Representative), as the understanding was that we were waiting for the remaining products to come back in stock. As you know the Supply Chain Shortage for certain products has extended further than we ever anticipated and has really set us back in similar situations as this one.

    We have Refunded the department for their orders, and hope to gain the trust back in the future.
