    Order#****** missing Battle Vest V1 in black camo. Packing Slip#****** states 6 items shipped and signed off by 2 ** people. I only ordered 5 items all together with 1 missing, leaving 4 actually in a package measuring 10"x13" which could never accommodate a plate carrier. Contacted customer support on 1/20/24 upon receipt of delivery & again on 1/22/24 to which they admitted a mistake but wanted pictures. Sent many emails with pictures but have not heard back since.

    An on-line order #: ****** has been placed (tacticon.com) on 12/13/2023. (The total amount I paid for this order was $798.81, including flat shipping fee of $50.00.) After more than 15 business days, they finally shipped out to me. After opening up the shipping box (2 days after shipment), I found that there is a missing item (AR600 Steel 6x6 side plate) has not been included. I emailed about this missing item to Tacticon Armament customer service three times (1st email: 1/16, 2nd email: 1/9, 3rd email: 1/10). No feedback, no responding to my email, so far. I don't want have any price adjustment or money back. I just want to have my item that I ordered and paid for ($104.96+tax).

    Tacticon (concealed carrier llc) charged $34.96 On March 4th 2023.Included was a $5.00 shipping charge. It didnt fit, I contacted them about the return and set forth the return.On their website it says youll pay a shipping fee for a return. Well, it was $5 shipping to get it to me, ok $5 to ship it back.Not a single person I spoke with told me theyd inflate that $5 shipping fee to $25.52 for a return. So my refund was eaten up by shipping costs, that are not outlined in their website other than a shipping fee. Well it was $5 to ship it to me, not a single person mentioned to me there would be less than a $10 refund. I would have kept the product had an employee said the shipping fee went up 5xs the cost for a return. This company has been doing 50% off, 40% off and 35% off sales. It seems like theyre desperate to keep everyones money.Again, if theyd said oh the return shipping fee is 5 times the price of the shipping fee you paid originally I wouldve stuck it in a drawer until I found someone it would fit. This screams scam to me, withholding information (they had to know what the return shipping fee was because they purchased the return label) of how minuscule of a return it would be and the cost of the return. The his is shady on shady. I feel the need to let the public know by showing what tacticon armament is all about. Its not even that its the only thing I purchased. *** purchased several other items from them, it makes no sense and isnt right about how they treat their customers.

    So the issue here is that the customer is misunderstanding how is reading the refund email. He was refunded: $***** however if you read his claim, he is under the impression that $***** was deducted from his refund. I believe the reason he thinks that is because the refund shows on his order as
    -$***** it is negative because it is subtracting that amount from our system as it is being returned to the customer. So for an overall explanation: The item was $49.94, however a 40% coupon was used on the order bringing the total for the item to $29.96. We do not cover return shipping costs as stated on our site so we did deduct the $4.44 from your refund bringing your refund to $*****. That is why it says negative -$***** because that is the amount that was refunded to the customer. $9.44 is the remaining amount we have from the original amount paid for $5 shipping when the customer purchased the item and the $4.44 for the return shipping. That amount is not eligible for refund which is why it remains. So again the amount you were refunded is $***** which shows as negative -$***** on the email as that was the amount subtracted from what we had on the order. The customer is under the impression that ***** was deducted from his refund but again he is reading our email incorrectly as this has been explained to him several times in email.
