      It is missing one star because for prescription sunglasses you can't do any modifications to their packages when placing an order. For example, I can't choose to remove the polarized lenses so I can get the right color lenses shown, which might be the reason why I chose that pair to begin with. They even specify that `Polarized lenses will replace the lenses as shown` and only give you 'gray' or 'brown' to choose from. But don't give you an option to opt out of getting polarized lenses. Previous sunglasses ordered on other sites have had the option to pick and choose the options.

      Easy to use website, although virtual try on looks goofy. Glasses fit me well out of the box each time. Shipped and received in a timely manner. Would definitely use this company again.

Please keep in mind that this adjustment must be received within 90 days of the order date. To locate a provider who participates in Eyeconic please go to www.eyeconic.com and follow the steps below:

                      1. Scroll to the bottom of the main page.
                      2. Under "Help Me" click "Find a Doctor"

      From that point you may search by desired location, office name or doctor name. Once you select a participating provider, simply tell them you're an Eyeconic Customer with an ********************** Frame Adjustment. Be sure to have your Eyeconic order number available as well. 

      Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Please contact us if you experience any problems and we'll work to make everything right. If we can assist you further, we're available Monday through Saturday between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Pacific Time.

      Still waiting for my order from April! They used my vision benefit and accepted my payment. But no eye glasses! Keep getting automated emails with different shipping dates . BUYER BEWARE!!! Dont use this company.
