      Three days ago my husband had a $250.00 lens/eyeglass credit from our insurance available. Today when my husband and I went on the website to purchase eyeglasses the credit was mysteriously gone. I had just purchased a pair of eyeglasses for myself on 9/9/24 for $450.00. Today, 9/12/24 I had just purchased $532.95 worth of contacts, out of pocket, prior to looking for a set of glasses for my husband. Upon returning to purchase my husband eyeglasses we noted his insurance credit of $250 was missing. I promptly called Eyeconic to find out where his lens/eyeglass credit disappeared to which we have paid insurance for to be told he did not have this credit which was there 3 day ago. I immediately cancelled my contact order and informed them that I would be contacting the BBB. I would like this credit returned effective immediately as this is complete fraud. I will be losing employment, health insurance, and benefits at the end of the month due to health crisis and this has certainly been an added stressor.

Eyeconic allows you to shop for all dependents and apply their benefits and while you do not need to create a separate account for each dependent, youll need to toggle between names and check out separately. It appears the system previously attached your benefits, not your spouse's. We've researched your insurance coverage under your plan, and your spouse's frame benefit is not eligible at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Currently, Eyeconic can only fill complete orders (lenses and frame).       Glasses were well made. Good fit. Needed a new rx and now I can see better. I wear progressives and they are working well. Insurance paid partial and it was a good savings. The shipping is so much faster than the eye doctor's shipping.

      I made a mistake with my first prescription and Eyeconic was great in allowing me to return my glasses and change it at no charge. My glasses look great and I am thoroughly satisfied with my purchase.

      Even with insurance, they were more expensive than other sites I've used without insurance. Their process time is also extremely long. It's been over a month and my glasses still have not shipped. I emailed them after they missed the first expected ship date. They said there was a delay but no one notified me of the delay until I contacted customer **********************. They gave me a new estimated ship date. After they once again missed the ship date, I called customer **********************. They then told me that the glasses did not pass inspections and would not be shipped for another 2 weeks. This will be over a month after when they originally predicted the glasses would ship by. I would NOT recommend ordering from them due to poor communication, long process times, and price points.
