    Technician ******** came to my home 03/12/24 advising my fridge needed new fan motor the technician did not advise the part is no longer manufactured or available for purchase and subsequently purchased the incorrect part and did not fix my refrigerator. The technician also miss diagnosed my dishwasher repair and left me out of pocket over $600 with broken appliances that were never repaired.

    the complaint is not about my company (Reliable Service Center License # *******. I don't do any residential work and my territory is *********************** area. I've never been to Galt to do any kind of service. Also, i just opened the attachment by the customer and the company name on the invoice is "Last Stop Repair Appliance" License # *****. please double check the invoices provided by the customer and remove this complaint from my account. Appreciate your help.

    I am rejecting this response because the original receipt provided is for Reliable Service. The receipt for Last Stop Appliance is the 2nd company who came out, after Reliable Service. Last stop Appliance Repair correctly diagnosed my appliance repairs needed advising parts are no longer available for my refrigerator which was also verified by ***** Direct. I have attached copies of the receipts for the original service.

    I told you before. I work for (QSR- Quick Service Restaurants) Fast food restaurants and DO NOT work on any residential units. My specialty is *** machines, ***** machines, commercial fryers, steamers and walk-in freezer/cooler. I've never been to Galt for work. Also, I've been using quickbooks and Xero for accounting and Haven't used hand written invoice in the past ten years. Neither the handwriting nor the phone number on that invoice is mine. I recommend BBB and the customer to call the phone number on the invoice provided to get information of the supposed contractor.
