    This business is a complete scam. The owner of the business claimed to have an engine for a car of mine, I then paid the business $1,516 dollars on 6/13/24, with delivery supposedly by Monday 6/24/24. It is currently 7/2/24 and I have heard nothing from this business they had their shipping company call me which seemed suspicious. Especially when I asked the name of the company and got no reply. I have texted and called this company multiple times over multiple days. Today 7/2/24 I received a call from the shipping company and immediately answered. I believe it was an accidental call. I then called the number back 3 times and then someone answered and stated that he will look into it and call me right back this never happened. I texted and called both numbers for the company and the shipping company multiple times before filing this report and had 0 answer. This company is a fraud and scam. I am going to speak with my bank immediately about fraud.

    Purchase engine for my 2013 Scion Frs from them I send them payment thru Zelle for 2000$ on march 19 ***************************************** for not receiving payment,advise me that their Zelle account not working and a supposed to get refund next 3 days . But I never get refunded. I contacted my bank (5/3 bank) about this transaction advice me that the money already been transferred to them. I contacted the business again thru email and phone and text without any response.

    I was shopping for a good deal on a transmission and among other companies, I contacted usedcarpartonline.com see if they had a transmission that would fit my car and they texted me back with details of the price and mileage. Once I was ready I contacted them and made the payment and was told they would email the tracking details. But once payment was made I did not receive any tracking details and my mechanic has not received the delivery. Since then I have not had any calls answered nor are they are not texting me anymore or answering emails. I just need my money back or the transmission they promised me. I checked them out before I purchased and thought I was safe. There were no indications I could see that this would be a scam but I was wrong. Please help.

Request her to provide conversation with our executives or team members like chat or email conversation on our platform. These allegations are baseless and have no link with us. Our website is live from 04/13/24 and her transaction date is on 04/09/24 which is 4 days before our live date. I have attached the ****** report which shows we are only live from 13th onwards.     I am rejecting this response because: I do have a conversation included and because this really happened. They are just trying to drag this out so they can scam more people.
