    I have been attempting to cancel my monthly payment for Personal Training Session since April 2023. I first sent an email, and I received no response. I went in person, but the gym always seems to be closed despite the hours online stated that they are open. Last few times, that I called the phone seems to no longer be in service.I even booked a training session online for October 1st to try to use the sessions that I paid for. However, the gym was closed and locked when I arrived at my scheduled time. I waited any extra 15 minutes, but no one showed up.I have not been able to get hold of anyone to cancel or utilize my sessions.I would like to stop being charged, and receive a refund for charges that were made after my 1st cancelation request.

    I signed up for a membership on 03/14/23 and paid the $150 to get setup. I was told there would be a class the next morning at 5:30 but when I arrived the gym was closed.

    I immediately decided to cancel my membership the same day (3-15-23) and I was told that I was good to go and my membership was cancelled.

    Now they’re trying to charge me a $99 cancellation fee whereas that is not listed anywhere on the contract and I am well within my 5 day right to rescind.

    I require a refund for my initial $150 and the cancellation fee to stop trying to bill my card.

    I joined this fitness club on 10-16-2022.
    Right off I noticed equipment didn’t work, and the workout session was not good. I attended two sessions and then called the merchant to cancel membership several times via voicemail. My calls were never returned. I then called Apple Card support to prevent the merchant from billing me for November of 2022.
    On December 12, 2022 this merchant was able to access my account and charge $120.00. I disputed it and the monies returned. On 12-20-2022 I went to to merchant to ask them to stop trying to bill me when I cancelled on 11-15-2022. However said merchant is under the impression I am canceling membership as of today with a balance of $268.00 this is not correct.
    Apple Card has the disputes and proof that i initially cancelled on 11-15-2022. I want this merchant to remove any pending charges and never bother me again. Thank you very much.
