    I originally ordered several candles. Candles do have a nice scent, but while actually burning the scent is almost non-existent. My order was missing one of the candles. I attempted to contact DW Home regarding this matter four times via their only means of communication--email. I received ZERO response. I did find a "chat" on their website, which had no one attending it. When I tried to "video call" them, I got an automated message that they could get back to me "within one week."CAUTION: Do not purchase from this company. You're better off purchasing craft candles or Yankee. At least you'll receive the product you paid for.

    I placed an order #****** for a total of 3 Vanilla bean diffuser oils at a charge of ***** and the product was never delivered. I arrived home after only 30 minutes that the package was suppose to have been delivered and nothing was in my box. I contacted them immediately to make them aware of the situation. Yet, they did not bother to respond to my 3 e-mails until 6/04/24! The information they gave to contact *** to file a claim was useless. *** message says I cannot even file a claim for the package because they delivered it to a local post office for delivery. Now DW states they are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. They should be responsible because they are the shipper of the product. The least they could do is help resolve this matter. Since they choose how to ship their product I should at least receive a credit back to my card. Worst customer service experience of ever! I gave a star because 0 was not an option.

    I ordered 6 large Lavender Chamomile candles as I loved the scent from what I purchased recently from my local store.
    What I received in the mail when I ordered 6 large same scent candela were significantly smaller. The oz size is 11 oz difference. I would not have purchased them off the website if I would have known the large is smaller than what I have. I paid $16.99 for my 26.2 oz and $18 online for 15 oz.
    I emailed customer service 3 times to no avail. This is the worst company to buy from.

    The candle itself smells great but the wick is absolutely horrible. Ruins the whole candle. It's splits and then goes out or barely burns. The outer edge doesn't get melted. I burn a lot of candles and this is the worst by far. Do not recommend until they change the wick. The rest is good. As I said before they smell amazing but a candle is meant to burn, not just sniff. So 1 star until you fix the glaring problem. Thank you!

    No way to contact DW without an Order #. I bought the candle at HomeGoods ($12.99) and the wicks (2) burned out almost immediately. Lit again but they barely stay lit? I have had other DW candles with the same issue but in all fairness, a few other DW candles that burned just fine.
    After reading other comments, though...would NEVER order directly. Sad.

    Order was placed 2 weeks ago. It took 8 days for an update. Update said the order was shipped, but it was not. It has now been another 5 days; the order still has not shipped. A label was created, that's where the order sits. Their website says 1-3 days processing with potential delays around the holidays. Two weeks is not acceptable. If I ever get the candles, even if they are amazing, I will never order from this company again. The are unresponsive and the order turnaround time is unacceptable. I would never recommend this company to amyone.

    I purchased a DW Homes Diffuser at Homegoods and was very satisfied with it. Home goods did not have any more, so I ordered 5 more diffusers directly from DW Homes. I am a realtor and use diffusers in homes for sale as well as gifts. Needless to say, the ones that I received have NO SCENT!! If you put your nose to the bottle you get a slight scent. The produce is not worth 2 cents . I should have opened all of them when I received them and sent them back but now it's been a few months. I would never purchase anything from this company whereby the products are made in Vietnam again!

    I’m obsessed with these candles I order so often that my family thinks Im crazy but they are well worth the wait. Please don’t ever stop making them!! I will never go back to BBW for candles. DW HOME def needs better prices for shipping (should be free over $50 but it’s not) and processing times need to improve plus some items are out of stock all the time and take forever to restock which is really annoying but the scent of my favorite candles are unmatched the quality and throw is far superior to any I have found! I am a repeat customer and I also now use them for my business as well.

    Repeat customer fed up with terrible customer support/service AND the extremely slow processing of orders and BS emails claiming items shipped only to find out days later they IN FACT HAVE NOT SHIPPED only a label created and items STILL sit there for another week with no activity!!! CUSTOMER ORDER PROCESSING SUCKS I’m sad they can’t seem to get this part of their business figured out because they do in fact have wonderful candles (if you know which ones to get)!!! Sadly I will be headed back to Bath and Body works for candles because at least they are honest and efficient with order processing/shipping.
