    To whom may concern:The reason of this email is to inform you that on May 03 one of your operators came to clean our second floor carpets in 3 of our bedrooms, a hall, and a couple of rugs on our first floor for the dining and living rooms. And he honestly performed a lousy job in our master bedroom and living room. He soaked parts all over, and the worst part is that the soaking affects one of the moldings on the wall which was only installed 9 months ago, so its brand new.As a second complaint, Id like to address that downstairs the service for cleaning both rugs was unacceptable. The rugs did not get clean. Pictures are attached down below. Note: Some important information for you . Your operator had offered to my wife to resolve this issue afterwards, with a personal friend and a different machine some other time .I would like your company to replace our molding guard and do a complete refund in our money since your service performed by your operator was unacceptable.Looking forward to hearing from you on this matter ASAP.
