    On July 28, 2022 I spoke on the phone with Dr. **** ******* who is the dean of Next Dimension University. We talked about enrollment and the tuition for the Associates in Biblical Studies was $7500.00. I asked about financial aid and he informed me that the school does not take financial aid. I told him that financially I would not able to afford that out of pocket. He then said that he would give me a discount which brought the tuition down to $3500.00. I was hesitant and i decided to pay with my credit card. After consideration I decided to withdraw from the program on Aug 1, 2022. August 5, 2022 I spoke to ****** ****** and informed her I was unenrolling and would not attend any class. She told me she had to speak to Dr. *******. I never received a follow up. I called and spoke to Dr. ******* August 10, 2022 and informed him I wanted to withdraw. He told me that the school does not give refunds. He never told me this before enrolling nor was this in writing also I had not yet received an enrollment packet or any documentation of enrollment. He agreed to refund me my full payment of $3500.00. He said that the school's budget was strained and the funds I paid had already been used although it was less than 15 days of payment. I had to call him again and he did a three way call with ****** ******. Dr. *******'s assistant ****** ****** emailed me a refund agreement receipt on September 1, 2022 after the call. They did not make the payments according to the agreement, I tried being patient with them. I had to call Dr. ******* several times as well as text. I have only received one payment of $1000.00 Oct 17,2022. I have called Dr. ******* several times as well as texted and emailed once. I continuously get excuses and blown off. I have tried being patient however no effort is being made by them to resolve this issue. I just want my money back and to be done with this whole situation. I never attended I only request my refund be made today.
