      I called PC Fix also PC Fix1 to fix my window11 pro problem; when I dropped off my computer at the address he texted me, turns out it was not a business store but his home address. *** which is this tech told me to wait for his call in 15 minutes. He called me and told me he fixed my computer and told me to come pick up in 15 minutes I said no because I thought to myself no one can fix my computer problem in 15 minutes. When I came the next day he demanded cash payment of $110 or he keep my computer after the fact that he deleted my windows 11 pro from it and install windows 10 which was not what I came to *** at the beginning but I did pay him because I wanted my computer back. I contacted the authority for help then the answer was taking him to court to get the refund; so I did what I told but the court could not help because his business was not registered. Hopefully I can get some help from your *****
