    I received a phone call from college prep, stating my daughter signed up for help for ACT preparation through school. Unfortunately, they caught me on a night that I could not process and figure out this was more of a scam. They told me I could have their help for 30 days without charge after that we would be charged. I was also told they would be calling to remind us when it was time to send in the DVDs or if we need any other help or questions. That never happened. Unfortunately I was also charge the money the day of the phone call not 30 days later. I have called and left messages. I have not received any help in resolution of this. I am not sure what else to do. At this point to get my money back the DVDs were sent back and they will not call me back. I am unfortunately only able to leave messages. There also is another post office box associated with this facility. It is ** *** ***** ******* ** ******
