    Do not buy from this company unless you want a lemon and to lose your money. We bought 2 ebikes from them. One stopped working almost immediately. I reached out to them, and they would not let me bring it to them to work on. Instead, they said I need to search around and find someone to fix it. I would only get up to $150 back. This has been a huge pain as I cannot find anyone to help with this nor is my car equipped to carry these large bikes. My bike has been sitting unused/not working for months now all because this company won't do anything to help other then make me work. That is not ok. I want a replacement or my money back ASAP.

    Poor quality and even worse customer service. We purchased an ebike for my son's Christmas gift. Within days of using it, the bike stopped working properly. Although the response from the company was prompt, the solution was that the bike required a new core motor mechanism. The sent me the part and 2 videos of someone unscrewing and s******* something into the wheel. The picture was grainy, the wheel was not attached to the bike, and there were no instructions. I purchased a brand new bike and it stopped working after just 3 days and now I had to find someone to fix the bike. I requested a partial refund and did not receive any response. This has been over a month, multiple emails, and no response. Now the throttle is not working. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
