      Originally I ordered it at 11AM Feb 2, ****, I called a few hours later to change the color of my bike. I couldn't get anyone on the phone to help. Figured their store is busy, I'll live with my mistakes. White will go better with the reflectors anyway. They texted me responding to my call but it was hours before I saw it. I bought all the accessories I needed from Amazon and saved about 100 dollars by ordering the actual bike directly from Rattan. The shipping label was created Feb 3, ****. I emailed them Feb 9, **** hoping to get a date that my specific bike would be shipped and potentially change the color of my **********. No response to this day. Today, Feb 13, 10 days after, I realize there is no update to my order. I call and its as if their phone has been turned off. There is no response to my email and I cant seem to get any information via text. Just non specific, irregular and robotic responses. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

      Do not buy from this company I purchased a e-bike for $1299. It showed it was on its way, but somehow was redirected back to them. Now Im in dispute and my bank is investigating them (************* ) they say they have an office in ********** but the company is in *****. What they do is take your money and youre thinking your item is on the way, but somehow they make up a tracking number on my purchase with them and the bike was not sent. It was something else and they returned it back to them. Never told me why or anything now I have to wait maybe a couple of months before I can get my refund from the bank.
