    This contractor bid $300.00 under another bid for a couple of walls to house our new fiber optics equipment. He knew what was bid and what we needed. He even called out our IT tec to go over everything. I was there everyday with his workmen. This was at the end of January/ first part of February 2024. We just got his invoice 6/4/24, with an additional $776. added on. There were no changes. Please be careful of this company. We all know that change orders are needed to make these kinds of adjustments. There are a lot of very good contractors out there, find an honest one. One star because his workmen were good guys.
