    Date of LASIK procedure: 03/23/2023Final followup: apx 06/2023 Date of final transaction: 10/09/2023Amount paid to business: $4,500 I came to Inland Eye LASIK for LASIK performed by Dr. ***** *******. Theamount I paid includes a 5 year warranty to cover an enhancement, if needed. The result of my procedure was undesirable and my concerns were dismissed for 3 months. I attended routinefollowups and reported that I still had blurryvision each time. I was in extremedistress and under the impression that I may never be able to see clearly again, even with glasses. Dr. ******* assured me that hiscalculations and cut were perfect and I was told to continue waiting formy vision to adjust. In the meantime, he began to treat me fordry eyes since that conditioncan cause blurry vision. He put me on a trial of ********. I applied the painful ******** drops each day, removed my birth control, changedmy skin products, purchaseda variety of eye drops and dry eye remedies, only to learn that I did not have dry eyes. I had to get a second opinion from a different doctor and present the findings to Dr. ******* for him to admit that my vision was under corrected. I was told to make another follow up appointment to discuss the possibilityof an enhancement procedure, but because of the dismissive care I experienced, I am not willing to return to Inland eye LASIK. I want my complaint in writing, so I tried to send an e-mail, but it was not accepted. I have left a ****** review. A resolution has not been discussed.

After careful evaluation, we are confident that the care provided was well within the established standard of care and strongly refute any suggestion that the treatment fell below the expectations of our field. In some cases, additional follow-up care or treatments may be necessary to achieve the desired results, and it is essential to take a stepwise approach in these situations. We remain fully committed to continuing the optimization process to help improve your vision.
     
    We also want to reiterate that we fully intend to honor the enhancement package that was included with your LASIK procedure. Should you choose to return to us for further treatment, we are prepared to proceed with the enhancement process to optimize your vision, as outlined in the package you purchased.
