      I purchase a pergola from Sunjoy thru our local ********** in **********, **. It was ordered on April 26, 2024 and delivered on May 6, 2024. My husband put it together and found that a wrong piece was delivered and was broken. The piece was called a Rail Rod connector. It's a small piece that goes into the rod that moves the canopy up and down. on May 28th I called them again, I have had numerous phone calls, and they said the email they sent to me would be address next week on Tuesday or Wednesday about my order. That will be 3 weeks. They have to call their company in ***** to see if it is in stock. Plus I am willing to pay for the part but not shipping from *****. I can not move the canopy up and down due to this part. Need help!! Thank you ***************************. Zero for star rating!!!

      I am having trouble getting money back for an item I returned to Sunjoy Group. On August 27 of this year, I bought a canopy online for my gazebo, but I noticed that I ordered the wrong item, so when the package arrived I refused it. When the package was received and signed for by someone at the warehouse on September 12, I called Sunjoy's customer service several times and requested my money. I called several times already they have been telling me the same thing ever since. They told me that since I did not send it correctly they cannot refund my money.
      They asked me to contact the warehouse so they can send it back to me so I can make a proper return. but this is their warehouse and they are in the customer service dept so I don't know where to call or what to do.
      Now they have the merchandise and my money and I don't know what to do.
